When a user requests disclosure of personal information pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Site will, after confirming that the request is from the user themselves, disclose the information to the user without delay (or notify the user if no such personal information exists). However, this does not apply where the Site is not obligated to disclose under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations. Please note that a fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure of personal information.
7-1 When a user requests (1) correction of personal information on the grounds that it is inaccurate, pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, or (2) suspension of use of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the disclosed purposes of use or was collected by deceptive or other improper means, pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Site will, after confirming that the request is from the user themselves, promptly conduct the necessary investigation and, based on the results, correct or suspend use of the personal information and notify the user accordingly. If the Site decides not to make corrections or suspend use, it will notify the user to that effect.
7-2 When a user requests deletion of their personal information and the Site determines that it is necessary to comply with such request, the Site will, after confirming that the request is from the user themselves, delete the personal information and notify the user accordingly.
7-3 The provisions of 7-1 and 7-2 shall not apply where the Site is not obligated to make corrections or suspend use under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations.

If a security incident occurs involving the leakage, loss, or damage of user information, the Site will, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations, promptly notify affected users (by email or in-app notification) and report the incident to the Personal Information Protection Commission and other competent authorities. The Site will also investigate the cause and take any measures necessary to prevent recurrence.
The Site may change this Policy as necessary. However, in the case of changes to this Policy that require user consent under applicable laws and regulations, the revised Policy shall apply only to users who have consented to the changes through the method prescribed by the Site. When the Site changes this Policy, it will notify users of the effective date and content of the revised Policy through display on the Site or other appropriate means.
